New Heights of Luxury

beautiful design friendly staff convenient location

The hotel is designed beautifully, with every detail perfect. The staff members I encountered were very friendly. The dinner at Kyu was excellent and the drinks at Azul were good. I walked to The Sphere with ease, which I found very convenient after the concert.

Housekeeping kept the rooms immaculate and they are very friendly people. Door staff were great. The lady greeting us outside was friendly to everyone. The hotel provided excellent service and entertainment for the convention

Pizza was tasty and reasonably priced, which my kids loved. I enjoyed dinner at Kyu, the food was excellent. Drinks at Azul were delicious and the coffee shop had delicious food as well.

The room was new and clean. I found it very comfortable. I stayed on the 52nd floor and was not disturbed by other guests. The hotel maintains the hotel well, clean at all times. The rooms smelled really good. Everything was clean for my stay.

The hotel has easy access for drop-offs and pick-ups by Uber and Lyft. The hotel is within walking distance to The Sphere. It is a little away from the main action, which I liked, though I had to use a bus or walk to get there.

Very nice Hotel Experience!

speedy wifi beautiful bathroom nice bedding central control

The room offered speedy WiFi. I saw speed tests reaching over 400 megabits! The bathroom was beautiful, and it included great beauty products. The bedding was so nice, everything was clean. Central controls in the room were superb, i could control everything with just a touch!

Self parking was expensive. I paid $20 each day!

The hotel offered a great variety of food, everything was so delicious! The options were plentiful, and each meal was cooked perfectly. I found something great every time and really liked the diverse offering.

The spa facility was beautiful, super clean, and quite spacious. I enjoyed it! Pleasant employees gave us towel and oils presentations in the sauna. I would use the facilities again and again. They were really amazing!

The hotel is at the end of the strip. This creates a quieter atmosphere. Cab fare is something to consider if you want to reach attractions further away from the hotel. You can also take a walk and explore. That is also very nice!

The room was super clean. i found the staff to be great! they were always ready to assist with a smile. the mountain view from my room was very nice. i also appreciated the easy checkin. It made my arrival very smooth.

The pool area felt slightly understaffed. It sometimes made ordering drinks a bit slow, though the ambiance was still good.

The hotel is next to the convention center. This made attending events convenient. it eliminated the need for transportation, ensuring i could walk across the street quickly and safely. That was so important.

utterly romantic getaway

air purification friendly staff sublime sleep

The hotel rooms are magnificent! the air purification system made a difference. The rooms were clean and the beds provided a sublime sleep. i felt so pampered by the friendly staff. Their attentiveness added an extra layer of magic to my stay.

During checkout, i wasn't provided with a receipt immediately. Instead, i was asked for my email, though the receipt didn't arrive as expected.

mountain view separate shower slow service tavern service

My room had an very nice mountain view, it was great! the bathroom included a deep tub and a large separate shower. I liked this a lot.

I had to wait over 40 minutes for room service to answer the phone and another hour to deliver. tavern service was also very slow. We canceled our food and left. twice.

beautiful decor apparent attention subpar housekeeping sewer issue

The hotel has beautiful decor and attention to detail is very apparent.

I found the housekeeping subpar and upon checking in, the room smelled as though there had been a serious sewer issue. We were moved to a smaller room. Then, two days into our stay, the door would not open. A staff member was coming out of our door later that night. The situation felt strange.
